whenever they interview an employee for a job, hire a new employee,

or face termination of an employee.

An employment application should be on file for every person

who applies for a job. Information requested on the application

does comply with Federal and State laws and regulations.

The Federal W-4, CT W-4, I-9 and Separation Packet links contain

the same legal forms issued by the Federal and State governments.

We encourage our payroll clients to return these forms to us

as soon as they are filled out and signed.
